I wanted to let you know that ICSC’s experience at this year’s event was fantastic! I’ve been with ICSC for 12 years and have managed the largest region for the last 5 years. I deal with many, many convention centers and my experience at the Cobb has been one of the best. The staff truly went above and beyond.

Our sales manager knows our group, is always professional and proactive. He makes ICSC feel like a valued client. Our catering manager is a delight! She has such a great attitude, efficient, responsive –  I can definitely see that she loves her job. She is always present, always with a smile, and always got the job done! Our Event Coordinator had a handle on the entire scope of the program, which put me immediately at ease. She was always available, always had a solution, always had a smile too!

As a member-based organization, my clients are our members/volunteers and at the wrap up committee meeting, they all agreed that this had been the best event thus far. I received the accolades but it was the individuals above who made me look good.

I don’t normally come away from a convention center program with rave reviews but your team made it happen. They are true assets to your organization and I hope they get the recognition they so deserve. I am looking forward to 2016 and beyond at the Cobb.
