Cook- Banquet (Hourly) full Time and On Call

We are currently seeking Cooks to work in our kitchen. Cooks are responsible for preparing and maintaining high quality standards for all food prepared for customers & clients. Cooks report to the Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

The goal of the culinary staff is to provide the highest quality meals available for our guests and clients, internal or external. Respect for the seasons, integrity of products, and passion for what we do will ensure that we will deliver a memorable experience. Many languages are spoken here in our kitchen, and it all translates to three words- “Passion, Understanding and Integrity”. This represents everything that we produce in our kitchen and our food represents us.

Event Set up Attendant (Hourly) On Call

Set Up Attendants are responsible for performing routine duties to set up and break down
rooms for events. Duties will include manual labor, event set up and tear down, supervision
of temporary personnel. Position reports to Set Up Supervisors and Director of Facility
Services.
 

Executive Chef (Salary) Full Time

Responsible for the direction of the overall kitchen, stewarding and concessions operations
at both Cobb Galleria Centre and Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, including, but not
limited to supervision of staff, quality control, cost control, menu planning and
development. The Executive Chef also acts as a community representative responsible for
marketing the culinary offerings of the Cobb Galleria Centre and Cobb Energy Centre.
Reports to the Director of Food and Beverage Operations

Housekeeper (Hourly) Full Time

Housekeeping Attendants shall be responsible for performing routine duties associated with
day-to-day activities that include but are not limited to manual labor, performing routine
housekeeping duties, cleaning and maintaining operating mechanical equipment, policing
public areas and such other duties as required. Position reports to Housekeeping
Supervisors and/or designated Manager

Public Safety Officer (Hourly) On Call

Public Safety Officers are responsible for the safety and security of company property,
assets, guests, and employees. Officers will perform the duties of each post. Officers will
work in conjunction with and report directly to Public Safety Managers and the Assistant
Director of Safety and Security.

Sous Chef (Salary) Full Time

Responsible for management of overall kitchen operations, including, but not limited to supervision of staff, quality control, cost control, and menu planning.  Provides administrative and supervisory duties for the kitchen, in the absence of or as directed by the Executive Chef. Reports to the Executive Chef. 

Steward (Hourly) Full Time

The Steward is responsible for ware washing, kitchen and kitchen area cleanup activities. Maintaining organized and proper equipment storage. Assists with food delivery and storage, and inventory activities. Reports to Executive Steward and Steward Supervisor
