Accounting Manager-onsite
The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for assigned entities and funds, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the transactions and financial reporting. This role includes managing the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end and year-end closing processes. The Accounting Manager will also prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP, develop and implement accounting policies, assist with the annual audit, budgeting, economic impact study, RFPs, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements, etc., as directed. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide and develop a high-performing accounting team, while continuously improving financial procedures and systems to support the company's strategic goals. The Accounting Manager reports to the Director of Finance.
Director Of Finance-onsite
The Director of Finance is responsible for overseeing all company financial activities. This includes but is not limited to ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, annually, ad hoc), preparation of financial statements, maintaining and complying with all financial internal controls, budgeting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, accurate and timely filing of sales tax, regulatory reporting, etc., oversight of banking relationships, control of funds, managing external audits, compliance with applicable funding and operating agreements, and other duties as assigned.
Floor Captain-On Call
The Floor Captain will be responsible for the supervision of volunteer ushers during events scheduled at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. They will be responsible for ensuring superior customer service to all guests, visitors, and attendees at events. Position reports to House Manager. Floor Captains must usher at least three times in every sixty (60) day period to remain active.
Public Safety Officer PM & Overnight Shift-On Call
We are currently seeking a Public Safety Officer for On Call position. Officer will be responsible for the safety and security of company property, assets, guests and employees. They will be able to perform the duties of each post. Officer work in conjunction with and report directly to Public Safety Managers and the Director of Safety and Security. Successful candidates should be available to work 2 PM to 10PM & 10PM to 6AM.
