We have planted our summer garden!
It’s the year of peppers in the Cobb Galleria Centre garden! We just planted our summer stock, which includes dragon cayenne, cubanelle, mammoth jalapeno, sweet banana, chili red, and ghost peppers; along with thyme, basil, rosemary, oregano, mint and sage herbs; and our existing berry bushes. Chef Walker is anticipating a plentiful bounty of peppers this year, due to our on-site composted soil. He’s planning lots of pepper-flavored sauces, seasonings and more for your summer enjoyment!
