Notes on Service Providers
- Exclusive Service Providers: These are the service providers that event organizers and/or contractors are required to use; organizers cannot bring in outside service providers for any of these designated services.
- Preferred Service Providers: These are the service providers that are offered and/or highly recommended by the facility; however, event organizers are not required to use those providers and instead can contract with a service provider of their choice.
- Referrals Available: Event organizers have the flexibility to choose their own service providers, with recommendations available from the facility.

Our concierge and guest services staff are provided for events to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. Stationed throughout the lobby and main entrance, they warmly greet attendees, offer directions, answer inquiries, and smoothly direct traffic flow throughout campus.

- This is a basic, limited bandwidth connection provided on an “as is” basis
