Banquet Server (On Call, Hourly)

Banquet servers serve meals to guests at banquet department functions, which may be breaks, receptions or meals.  The tasks assigned to Banquet Servers will be directed by the Banquet Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager and Banquet Captains.

Bartender (On Call, Hourly)

Bartenders will serve beverages for banquet functions, adhering to company standards of quality and service. Position reports to the Banquet Manager and designated Supervisors.

Concierge (On Call, Hourly)

The Concierge is responsible for the coordination of services provided to all visitors to the Cobb Galleria Centre through the Concierge Desk. The Concierge will provide information concerning all aspects of events being held in the Cobb Galleria Centre, assist convention attendees in any way appropriate in order to make their visit enjoyable and problem-free.  Position reports to the Assistant Event Services Manager.

Director of Operations (Full Time, Salary)

The Director of Facility Operations will be responsible for insuring the delivery of professional management and superior customer service. The position will be responsible for supervision of all operational activities at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre.

Engineer (Full Time, Hourly)

Utility Engineers shall be responsible for: 1) operation and maintenance of the physical plant; 2) routine maintenance and repair of equipment, machinery, utility and building systems; 3) regular adherence to preventive maintenance programs and required tasks; 4) installation and troubleshooting of utility services for events.   Responsible for ensuring that the facility remains in compliance with applicable fire, safety and building codes and standards of operation.   The position reports to the Chief Engineer.

Housekeeper (Full Time & On Call, Hourly)

Responsible for performing routine duties associated with day to day activities that include but are not limited to: manual labor, performing routine housekeeping duties, operating mechanical equipment, policing public areas and such other duties as required.  Position reports to Housekeeping Supervisors and/or designated Manager.

Program Coordinator (Full Time, Hourly)

The Program Coordinator is responsible for supporting all ArtsBridge programs and coordinating program logistics. This highly motivated sales, social media, and detail-oriented position assists with scheduling, ticketing and coordination of educational activities, including the Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards, as well as creating, curating, and monitoring content for all ArtsBridge social media channels. This position reports to the Executive Director.

Public Safety Officer (Full Time, Hourly)

Public Safety Officers will be responsible for the safety and security of company property, assets, guests and employees. Officers will be able to perform the duties of each post.   Officers will work in conjunction with and report directly to Public Safety Managers and the Director of Safety and Security.

Public Safety Supervisor (Full Time)

The Public Safety Supervisor will fulfill the responsibilities and competencies of a Security Officer and a Public Safety Supervisor. Under general direction, supervise the activities and operations of public safety officers in protecting the staff, guests and all assets. The Public Safety Supervisor will work in conjunction with and report directly to the Public Safety Manager.

Set Up Attendant ( Full Time and On Call, Hourly)

Set Up Attendants are responsible for performing routine duties to set up and break down rooms for events. Duties will include manual labor, event set up and tear down, supervision of temporary personnel. Position reports to Set Up Supervisors and Manager.

Steward (On Call, Hourly)

Responsible for ware washing, kitchen and kitchen area clean up activities. Maintains organized and proper equipment storage.  Assists with food delivery and storage, and inventory activities. Reports to Stewarding Manager and Steward Supervisor.
