Accounting Coordinator (Salary)
This position is responsible for all aspects of the accounts payable / receivable process and related tasks as set forth by established policies and guidelines. The position also assists the Revenue Manager with contract billing duties.
Banquet Server (Hourly)
Banquet servers serve meals to guests at catered functions, including breaks, receptions, and meals. The tasks assigned to Banquet Servers will be directed by the Banquet Manager, Assistant Banquet Manager and Banquet Captains.
Bartenders will serve beverages for banquet functions, adhering to company standards of quality and service. Position reports to the Beverage Manager.
Responsible for preparing and maintaining high quality standards for all food prepared for customers. Reports to the Lead Cook, Sous Chef, Chef de Cuisine and Culinary Director.
Event Coordinator (Full Time, Salary)
The Event Coordinator shall be responsible for planning, organizing and controlling events within the Cobb Galleria Centre as assigned and shall monitor the logistical interfacing of these events, to include but not limited to: preparing banquet event orders and order confirmation(s), preparing scaled drawings of event areas, coordination of equipment distribution, event billing, monitoring events assigned and such other functions and duties as required by the Event Services Manager. Position reports to the Event Services Manager.
Executive Administrative Assistant (Full Time, Salary)
The Executive Assistant is the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on matters pertaining to the executive office and is responsible for the routine day to day administrative and office functions as well as the timely flow of information to and from the executive office. Position handles details of a highly confidential and critical nature and must exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and must possess a proven ability to independently manage multiple tasks and projects with competing priorities and deadlines, screen and prioritize communications and organize and maintain administrative processes. Position is involved with all component divisions of the Authority venues (Cobb Galleria Centre, Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre, and Galleria Specialty Shops) as well as liaison to the Authority and ArtsBridge Foundation boards and senior management.
Housekeeper (Full Time, Hourly)
Housekeeping Attendants shall be responsible for performing routine duties associated with day to day activities that include but are not limited to: manual labor, performing routine housekeeping duties, operating mechanical equipment, policing public areas and such other duties as required. Position reports to Housekeeping Supervisors and/or designated Manager.
Production Manager (Full Time, Salary)
The Production Manager is responsible for the recruitment, training, scheduling, and supervision of the House Crew, on-call stagehands, and contract workers. The Production Manager works with the Director of Production to provide supervision and coordination of Stage Management. It is understood that the Production Manager and Director of Production will coordinate their activities to ensure clients are provided with outstanding customer service. The position reports to the Director of Production.
Operations Administrative Assistant (Hourly)
The Operations Administrative Assistant shall be responsible for performing secretarial duties for managers in the Engineering department. Duties will include answering calls from exhibitors related to electrical, internet, telecommunications and other show-related issues. The Operations Administrative Assistant will also staff the Centre’s Exhibitor Services booth when required prior to or during events. Position reports to the Show Services Manager.
Show Services Manager (Full Time, Salary)
The Show Services Manager shall be responsible for all event related utility services including electrical, mechanical, phone, internet and related utility services for exhibitors and customers of Cobb Galleria Centre and the Specialty Shops. Will manage on-line ordering system. Position shall be responsible for coordination with other staff within the Engineering department, the scheduling of Engineering personnel, utilization of equipment and storage of supplies, administration of shop areas and procurement of materials, equipment and supplies. Position shall assist Management in the day-to-day activities of the Engineering department. Position reports to the Director of Engineering.
