Accounting Manager (Salary) Full Time

The Accounting Manager will oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for assigned entities and funds, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the transactions and financial reporting. This role includes managing the general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and month-end and year-end closing processes. The Accounting Manager will also prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with GAAP, develop and implement accounting policies, assist with the annual audit, budgeting, economic impact study, RFPs, ensure compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements, etc., as directed. This role demands strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to guide and develop a high-performing accounting team, while continuously improving financial procedures and systems to support the company’s strategic goals. The Accounting Manager reports to the Controller.

Development Coordinator (Salary) Full Time (ArtsBridge Foundation)

The Development Coordinator supports the organization’s fundraising and friend raising efforts. Responsibilities include building relationships; leading, managing, and strengthening the Foundation’s database utilization and report; tracking and managing grant applications and reports, milestones for events, and other key deliverables. The position reports to the Executive Director.

Housekeeper (Hourly) Full Time
