Junior Theater Festival Atlanta 2019

The Junior Theater Festival is a time to come together and honor everyone who is out there making the world a better place one student musical at a time. The New York Times recently described JTF as “a rousing celebration of theater.” We couldn’t agree more! Where else can you share jazz hands or belt out a tune with people from 40 different states and 6 different countries?

Each Junior Theater Festival is a mix of adjudications, workshops for students and teachers, plus special events like the New Works Showcase and Direct From Broadway, where Broadway’s best share their talents. Of course there are student and teacher awards, a dance party, and we always conclude the festival with a one-of-a-kind concert, specifically produced for our JTF participants.
