Load In / Load Out
Overview
Cobb Galleria Centre features five designated entry points, tailored to different user needs to streamline the move-in/move-out process:
- Service Contractors and Production Companies: Access is exclusively through the back loading dock off Galleria Parkway.
- Exhibitors: Entry is through the back loading dock off Galleria Parkway or via the Hall D roll-up doors at the east entrance, subject to authorization.
Meeting Rooms and Ballrooms Access
- Small-scale move-ins/outs for meeting room and ballroom clients can utilize the rear loading dock.
- Complimentary carts are provided for transporting materials, and temporary parking is conveniently located nearby.
- Hand-carried materials can be moved through the rotunda or east entrance using a small cart or two-wheeled carrier supplied by the client. Please note, unloading in the covered area of the rotunda is not permitted.
Shipping and Receiving
The Cobb Galleria Centre provides shipping and receiving of packages ONLY within 72 hours of non-exhibit events that are NOT affiliated with service contractors. For outbound shipping, the packages need to be labeled by the exhibitor or client, and the appropriate carrier needs to be contacted by the exhibitor or client for pickup.
