Anime Weekend Atlanta 2022

AWA, or Anime Weekend Atlanta, is a 4 day celebration of celebration of Japanese culture, anime (animation) and manga (comics), with a dash of general pop-culture that takes place at the Cobb Galleria, the Renaissance Waverly Hotel. The event features some of the biggest live bands from Japan, anime premieres, industry announcements, panels, fashion shows, voice actors, artists, and cosplays from across the USA. Not only do we have all that, we also have a free to play arcade, tabletop gaming, video game tournaments, and a massive exhibit hall filled with anime vendors and artists!

This year’s AWA will be held in person October 27 – 30. Masks and proof of vaccination will be required, please check the AWA website for updated COVID19 rules regarding boosters and negative tests.
