The Junior Theater Festival (JTF) returned to the Cobb Galleria Centre on the weekend of January 12th. It brought over 6,000 attendees and 119 musical troupes from 26 states and other countries including the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand!

The JTF is the world’s largest celebration of young people performing musical theater. The event has been held at the Cobb Galleria Centre for the last 14 years and was a sold-out show!

“We’ve produced the Junior Theater Festival at the Cobb Galleria for the past 14 years because of two particular people: Eleanor Davis, the Corporate Sales Manager at the Cobb Galleria Centre, and Paulette Greaney, the Senior Sales Manager at the Renaissance Waverly Hotel and Convention Center,” said Tom McDonald, founder and CEO of iTheatrics. “The facilities are wonderful, the area is safe and clean, but there are so many other facilities. It’s quality people, who excel at their job, who make the difference.”

At the end of the event, Broadway star Megan Hilty performed for their grand finale concert. Past celebrity performers have included Zac Efron and Darren Criss from Glee.
