For a recent event, Executive Chef Nicholas Walker presented this gorgeous Raw Bar. The spread featured Poached Shrimp, Jumbo Lump Crab Salad, Chilled East Coast Oysters and Crab Claw Champagne Mignonette, served with Citrus Cocktail Sauce and Spicy Remoulade.
