Nicholas Walker
Culinary Director/ Executive Chef
Fun Facts: From Milledgeville, GA.
Chef Walker has been with Cobb Galleria Centre for 10 years. Chef Walker loves watching, playing and coaching soccer as well as home brewing.

Nicholas Panter
Executive Sous Chef
Fun Facts: In December of 2015, Nicholas joined the company. Originally from Wichita Falls, TX, he found his passion for cooking when he was 22. Being a chef has surprised his friends because he is a very picky eater.

Josh Pacheco
Sous Chef
Fun Facts: From Opelika, AL.
Josh found his passion for cooking while watching his grandparents cook. Outside of work, he is up for anything! Except skydiving. Josh joined the company 8 years ago.

Phillip Allen
Sous Chef
Fun Facts: Phillip has been with the company for 4 years – primarily working at Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. He is from Savannah. He was inspired to become a cook from Chef Sarah Brown. When he isn’t working, his favorite hobby is reading.
