DevNexus, the second-largest Java conference in the United States, was held at the Cobb Galleria Centre March 6-8. DevNexus is a conference run by developers, for developers, where participants learn about new technology, grow their skills, network and learn from each other.

The mastermind behind DevNexus is Vincent Mayers, who originally started DevNexus at the Cobb Galleria Centre in 2009. Over the course of 10 years, the annual event has grown from attendance of 250 people in the first year to 2019’s count of 1,800 attendees. Mayers is an Oracle Java Champion and has been a board member of the Atlanta Java Users Group since 2008.

In addition to DevNexus, Mayers produces several of the Southeast’s premier technology conferences right here at Cobb Galleria Centre, including Connect Tech, DataSciCon.Tech, Blockchain Conference and the DotNetSouth.Tech. For more information, visit devnexus.com.
