Despite the rain and the pollen, we know beautiful spring days are ahead! And for those spring evenings when you want something cool to sip on, have you ever tried a Pink Gin?

Pour an ounce or so of your favorite Gin over ice in a tall glass, fill with tonic and a big squeeze of lime. Then add enough angostura bitters until it is a light pink color.  Bitters are very “in” right now and they add a spiciness and depth to your average G&T. There are also some great small batch tonics being made these days – Jack Rudy is a great one being handcrafted down the road in Charleston.
