New Concessions Offerings Highlight Freshness, Variety

On-the-go food just got more inviting at the Cobb Galleria Centre! Since March, concessions kiosks at trade shows and consumer shows have new menu selections that emphasize fresh, house-made items as well as well-known, quick-serve brands.

Event attendees can choose from a variety of choices such as deli sandwiches, BBQ sandwiches, wraps and fresh salads, created by Culinary Director/Executive Chef Nicholas Walker.

Susan Burchell, Director of Food & Beverage, announced that the Centre has also partnered with several popular food vendors to bring even more variety to the concession options offered to guests: Chick-fil-A, Papa John’s Pizza, Pup Truck, Nuts About Georgia, Marble Slab Creamery and Popcorn Palooza.

Guests will be able to purchase food from some or all of these vendors while they attend certain events in the exhibit halls. Look for them the next time you’re here.
