Our new menus will exceed your expectations of convention center cuisine and will provide guests with options tailored to their tastes.

Chef Walker prides himself on taking local ingredients and transforming them into an upscale and sophisticated menu, worthy of any five-star restaurant. Purchasing from local dairy, vegetable, granola, grain, meat and wheat producers, Walker is able to provide more selections in seasonality and freshness. The new menu follows current food trends, provides a healthier approach to food and is made with wholesome and local ingredients.

 Our menu is designed to fit any type of event whether it is a large convention or a smaller meeting. Each menu is customizable, with a la carte options, to allow clients to create meals catered to their specific audience preferences. We have new menus for breakfast, a la carte items, breaks, lunch, dinner, receptions, stations and hors d’oeuvres; as well as a full wine list and bar.

 “Our menu focuses on the quality of the food, regardless of the quantity,” says Chef Walker. “The menus are written so that you can have a great event for a large group of people but not sacrifice the quality of the product.”
