Mac ‘n Cheese- Galleria Style

3 cups milk

3 cups heavy cream

4 whole eggs

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

1 teaspoon White Pepper

½ teaspoon Nutmeg

1 ½ Tablespoon Kosher Salt


2 # of Cooked Elbow Macaroni


4 Cups Sharp Cheddar- Shredded


Combine first 7 ingredients and set aside- use a whisk to combine

 In a buttered 9×13 baking dish place pasta and pour custard over pasta just to cover.

Next sprinkle Cheese over pasta and cover with foil.

Bake @ 325 F for 40-50 minutes till custard has set. Remove foil and bake till golden brown.

(Tip: Wiggle the pan side to side if the centre is still fluid continues to bake at increments of 5-8 minutes till center is set.)
