Saturday, June 27: Winning the Battles in Your Mind hosts the 3rd Annual Black Tie Gala for Families with Children Battling Sickle Cell Disease. The event will raise awareness and funding for the families to assist them in their day to day lives. With the purchase of a ticket here, guests can enjoy luxury fashions, entertainment, food, and a silent auction all to help educate the nation about Sickle Cell Disease. The event will be held Saturday evening from 6:00 – 11:00 pm.

Saturday, June 27: The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society presents the Georgia Blood Cancer Conference, a free education program to educate patients, family members, and caregivers about blood cancer diagnosis and treatment. Experts in each field with provide up to date information about advances in blood cancer research, survivorship, nutrition, and the benefits of integrative therapies at this free event. The Conference will last from 8:00 am – 3:30 pm Saturday, and you can register to attend here.
