Monday, June 3, 2019: For June the Cobb Chamber of Commerce will continue the First Monday Breakfast Series with a panel of female executives to deliver an empowering message. “The Climb to the C-Suite” is sure to be an engaging discussion on leading with courage, building trust, and overcoming adversity. The panel, moderated by Cobb County Tax Commissioner and Cobb Executive Women Chair Carla Jackson, features: Tammy Cohen, Founder and Chief Visionary Officer of InfoMart; Gretchen Corbin, President and CEO of the Georgia Lottery Corporation; and Pam Whitten, President of Kennesaw State University. At the breakfast, the Woman of Distinction Award will also be presented by Cobb Executive Women, recognizing a woman who has demonstrated exceptional leadership through her professional endeavors, community involvement and social responsibility thereby supporting and advancing her community and respective field.
