Dish of the Day: Galleria Pyramid

The Galleria Pyramid is created by our own Culinary Director/Executive Chef Nicholas Walker! This signature dessert is named after the pyramid on the top of our building. It is made with white, milk and dark chocolate mousse, toasted cocoa nib and mango passion fruit coulis. We loved it so much that we couldn’t resist trying it out before we snapped this picture!
