Dish of the Day HalibutToday’s Dish of the Day is from our most recent Chef’s Table. Guests were treated to a five-course meal in our kitchen, prepared fresh by our own Executive Chef Nicholas Walker.

For the third course, Chef Walker prepared a delectable seared halibut in a shrimp broth, served with sweet corn, andouille, and green tomato chow chow.  Broth on Halibut
