One of our best non-profit clients made the difficult decision this spring to move their in-person fundraiser from the Cobb Galleria Centre ballroom to a virtual format. The charitable event will be held online, but patrons will still experience part of the Cobb Galleria Centre even though they won’t be physically here. That’s because we’re providing a creative to-go menu for attendees to stay nourished and celebrate from the comfort of their couches.

Culinary Director & Executive Chef Nicholas Walker recently held a drive-through tasting of the following menu:

The Grilled and Chilled Organic Chicken meal is served with a herb salad, red pepper hummus, roasted vegetables, couscous and focaccia. Vegan/Vegetarian options are available.

The package also includes two Gourmet Carrot Cake Dessert Jars and a non-alcoholic craft cocktail of Strawberry Ginger Lemonade (add your own spirits, of course!). It’s all presented in a soft-sided cooler customized with the client’s logo.
