It’s almost Father’s Day! Culinary Director/Executive Chef and dad-of-two Nick Walker shares one of his favorite recipes for steak seasoning – a sure dad-pleaser on Father’s Day!


4 tablespoons sea salt
3 tablespoons butcher grind tri-colored peppercorn
3 tablespoons granulated garlic
1 tablespoon smoked paprika
1 tablespoon celery seed
3 tablespoon granulated onion
2 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon dried mustard
2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes


Mix all ingredients together and store in an airtight container until ready to add to your favorite recipe!
