Over the past three years, the Great American Motorcycle Show and the Georgia RV & Camper Show have become staples on the Cobb Galleria Centre’s event calendar. Both events are produced by NATC Shows.

For more than 15 years, owner Dave Work and Vice President Rhonda Sodel produced both shows at the North Atlanta Trade Center, and they moved to Cobb Galleria Centre in 2016.

“This location pulls the public from all over Georgia and its adjacent states,” Sodel said, adding that the shows draw overnight attendees from Florida, Alabama and Tennessee. “They stay at local hotels, and they love the amenities in the area, especially going to Murphs for lunch.”

The Great American Motorcycle Show, held annually in January, is Atlanta’s largest indoor motorcycle show with hundreds of brands represented and attendance of 15,000 people.

The Georgia RV & Camper Show, Georgia’s largest RV show, is held twice a year at Cobb Galleria Centre, typically in February and September. More than 10,000 attendees shop 144,000 square feet of motor homes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers and more.

“Both shows are a lifestyle,” Sodel said. “They are one-stop shops where people can shop all brands under one roof, buy on-site, get all of their accessories, and even get their insurance and financing, too.”

With so much involved in producing both shows, Sodel said it’s a comfort to have the support of the Cobb Galleria Centre team. “The staff is amazing,” she said. “They let us do what we need to do, and they’re there when we need them. They make our jobs so much easier. From the top of the organization on down, they are so accommodating.”
